      offered benefits , 401k. liked the night shift crew. good for experience starting off as an RN new grad,

      worked step-down unit, can be difficult for new grad. walking patients or coding patients, you never know how your day is but that's common with IMC's. I felt over-worked many days

      The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
