Great work environment, very tech friendly, physicians are accessible, CNAs are well trained, Case Management an excellent resource - readily available - Patient safety & employee satisfaction appear to matter more than at some other local hospitals. Will pay for ACLS & PALS for new grads.
Cons
Starting hourly rate below average @ $19.19 and raises are annually evaluated in early fall. Many floors require BSN - I would suggest starting elsewhere and then getting hired here - even with 6 months of experience you can start at $1 more
