Pros
- If you like banking system(mainframe technologies) will be good for you because u get to do old people stuff - 24 days AL and EPF - Little bit of bonus(13th month) - Good place for retirement when your salary is high enough
Cons
- Very boring maintaining legacy system - Quite low salary for fresh grad doing senior work(Not easy btw when least support is given) - Required to support on midnight during batch run and weekend for deployments - Low increment - Toxic management and your lead or manager just sit there quietly when you are a junior suffering getting scolded by PSS(calling them out because they are just a bunch of old people think they own the bank)
