      ongoing job training equipped me lots of skills to deal with daily work. Engagement with Branch manager in morning meeting gives me update news as well as the bank's new marketing campaign.

      intensive marketing campaign require employees to manage in short period of time. operation staffs are in great pressure under high sales target
