Pros
The colleagues are fantastic, it is a good environment to work in. Definitely a good place to start for sales folks, good learning ground and very steep learning curve. We are expose to more instruments compare to others in the same role. More well versed comparing with peers in same industry.
Cons
Compensation does not tally with organisation 's performance. It seems like more are kept for the top management rather than rewarding the front liners. Career Opportunities are limited as well, most have to follow unspoken industry rules of changing banks to seek for better compensation. Senior Management adopt a dictatorship approach, no channels to voice out.
