Pros
It is a very employee friendly company. A lot of my coworkers left the bank, but rejoined soon. They just missed our environment.
Cons
In some departments sometimes there is a little disorganized. It seems that there are not enough credit officer. The credit officers are working so hard. However, sometimes RMs still need to wait for a long time for the approval. It is bad for business development and sustainable. Working hours is long.
