      more opportunities to work, train overseas, creative organization to come up with many initiatives, volunteering CSR to inspire staff to do more for the community

      too complicated paperwork and procedure for business as usual daily work, short-sighted vision with business decisions in flux, non-encouraging salary and bonus package
