Pros

1. Pace of work is relatively relaxed 2. If you work on iOS app dev, you get a MacBook Pro 3. If you're a Woman then recently SCB is pushing more for female representation on top, so you can expect to get more attention from higher ups on your learning & career growth & promotions.

Cons

1. Their 6 weeks training program tries to teach you Front -end, backend & Database & JIRA; but it actually fails as you're taught everything for just 1 week & have to immediately switch to learning sth else immediately. And on top of that they expect you to implement these learnings & showcase in a project in those 6 weeks itself. 2. I'm from Tier -I college, & it's sad to see a very toxic hierarchy for salaries & promotions in place based on if you come from good college or not. 3. When you're allotted to a new team, it takes them 2-3 weeks to even fully provide you access to key software you need & there are just no mentors to guide & help you understanding the project you're working on.
