Pros
A very passionate company with open collaboration among the employees and a clear drive to solve customer problems. The company works hard to ensure the employees are well looked after and provides a good work/life balance.
Cons
As a fast growing company it is difficult to pick specific cons, except that as the business continues to move forward, it is constantly trying break the mold of what is considered the norm in our industry. This comes down to needing more resources, an aggressive marketing plan, and channel partners which are going to help take StarLeaf forward.
