      The company has been there for over three decades

      Cons

      It wasn't a happy place to work. Most employees were not happy with what they were doing or were made to do by the management. Employees put in long hours more often than they wanted to, and the management pushed too much too often

      Pros

      Less than 500 employee organization that is growing and has a lot of employees who've been with the company for >10yrs. Very inviting, friendly, and open to new perspectives.

      Cons

      As a small growing company some processes are WIP, but this also allows the opportunity to help shape the direction going forward.
