Great company, great product but a lot of noise in the market - Marketing Executive Starmind Employee Review

Having an opportunity to attend our 2023 Global Kickoff in Portugal my second week was a fantastic chance to meet everyone company wide, while confirming first hand that they really do live the Starmind Values from the top down. Nothing is perfect, but knowing that each person, regardless of department, is committed to everyone else's success is a pretty awesome foundation to grow within, and ultimately be a part of.

Based on my personal experience: - Rigid hierarchy, and leadership is not receptive to employee experiences, ideas and feedback unless it comes from management or higher. - Management and leadership's actions do no align with what they communicate to employees or the team - Employees are expected to be the long-term solution for the company's lack of appropriate resource planning and staffing, ei. employees are expected to do the work of 3 people in the same amount of time. - They do not compensate (pay) their employees correctly or on time - HR lacks empathy and competence to create a safe working environment for employees. Plus HR employee turnover is high, meanwhile the management stays
