They treat there employees well paid in house training, nice vans, good shop tools. Having a company credit card makes expenses a breeze

Lots of overtime. Management doesn't respect work life balance. Poor promotion prospects. Scheduling is a constant issue. management does not wont to make changes, so if you complain or give them a bad review you will be laid off
