Pros
The only few pros I can think of is the work from home lifestyle and if you’re lucky you’ll get amazing team members
Cons
Workloads are excessive and compensation doesn’t match the demands. Leadership claims employees are “paid to make decisions,” yet those decisions are often second-guessed or heavily scrutinized. High performers aren’t rewarded with recognition or support—instead, they’re assigned even more work, often outside their own territory. The environment feels micromanaged, which makes it difficult to stay motivated. Leadership only cares about metrics and nothing else.
