Pros
The only pro is that you get a paycheck.
Cons
They treat employees like factory workers and professional level employees have to clock in on a wall as well as log in on their computers. They administer a point system and with 18 points in a 6 month period, you are terminated. There is no capacity to take time off and if you leave for an emergency, you get points. I worked there over 20 years and the company has changed for the worst and they are losing so much money. The managers are forced to treat people like numbers and they only care about the metrics that have been forced on them. They micromanage every minute of your day and they even look at how many non-business websites you visit each day. There is no work-life balance and the new model that they are using is tearing the company apart. Thanks to the new CEO, he's taking the company down.
