Pros
- Low stress and good work life balance - Nice clean office buildings in hubs with plenty of parking space - Salary and benefits are OK. Generous time off. -Good personal development opportunities - Generally stable company to work for but lately seeing negative growth. Management has no clear plan on how to turn the ship around.
Cons
- Every department is going through a major transformation. New direction is unclear. -401k company match is negligible. There is a retirement plan which is only good for tenured employees - Medical benefits are OK but with high deductibles. - Very few growth / movement opportunities even though you have the skills. Need to know the "right people" - Tech Managers don't have real technical skills - Company is trying to be "agile" . Trying too hard at times. - Too much micromanagement and poor/no decisions being made
