      No Time management. No body will guide you.

      Cons

      Hiring and firing anytime. No Job security. No knowledgable leaders. Directors consider themselves as owner/CEO of the company. Directors are most of the time out side of the company for drinking tea and do timepass at nearest shop.

      Pros

      The location is good, near the mall. Some really nice coworkers.

      Cons

      No clear direction, rude management, no hybrid work, despite being in nearly empty building in desperate need of updating with a road that floods out frequently.
