Pros

Wonderful atmosphere and very easy going in the UK office. The company has provided me with excellent training. Not to mention the free tea and coffee!

Cons

Small office but well suited to the small team.

The UK office has a good atmosphere with a great, helpful team. There are many opportunities to learn something new with excellent training and development.

Pros

Well established business working with many of the world's biggest consumer brands in grocery retail and recognized as leaders in mobile retail execution development. Continuous innovation to maintain customer satisfaction. Growth is resulting in new staff requirements which is really positive to see. Additional company benefits.

Cons

Many employees have worked beyond 5 years and are well settled here as I believe they feel the company is financially stable and will continue to grow. I can't find any cons that are worth mentioning.
