What do I love about Steelhead? We are progressive and innovative. We don't let issues fester, and leadership makes decisions based on the greater good of the team. We have fun together, whether it's throwing bean bags in a Corn hole tournament or shooting hoops during break and lunch. The culture is by far the best I've experienced. The work is interesting and challenging. I enjoy spending time with my team members, and look forward to my time at work because of them.
