Culturally, they have a strong foundation and try to stick to that as best as they can

Cons

Managers and supervisors are given titles without proper training and if you don’t fit in with the group they have already, they will drop you hot garbage.

There is absolutely none. I had to seek therapy because of the owners daughter who can't handle her position or uncontrollable rage while dealing with personal issues.

Cons

Toxic work environment! Worst place I've ever worked! The owners daughter, Rhiannon Andersen, is the chief marketing officer & co-owner, she will scream from the top of her lungs at staff constantly. Her (ex-husband?) is president & co-owner is Sean Combs, he's never around. Rhiannon will leave work early or in the middle of the day for "yoga" class. They also have Buddha statues on their company property but do not follow the Buddha's teachings of compassion. It's a fake front of kindness for a zen atmosphere that Rhiannon destroys daily with her constant screaming. Upper management staff just puts their heads down & ignore it because it's so common to hear her screaming around the office & they don't want the rage directed at them. Disturbing disgusting environment.
