You will be treated with A LOT of disrespect, especially if you work in any NY locations where higher up management visit often! I never felt supported if there was something that went wrong, its just blame, scream & pass the buck....company motto maybe? If you can handle the harshness there is some opportunity to advance without a college degree but be prepared they chew through people & when they are done with you they'll have no problem with spitting you right out!
