There are a few good people in junior positions. Brand recognition on your resume.
Cons
Racist comments from leadership. Preference based if you went to the same camp as leadership. Management team is unexperienced and one of the Directors makes racist comments to people in the team. No room for growth for people unless you're white and went to the same camp. People get hired based on who they know. Not who has the experience.
