Pros
The name of the spa best describes the feeling when I walk in the door for work. The space instantly shifts whatever mood I may have been in before arriving to work. I know that my teammates are supportive of the clients experience as well as making sure I'm in a good space to be of service. It's wonderful to be able to offer suggestions about the work environment and be heard. There are several systems in place to have clear and open communication. This increases the efficiency and effectiveness of sharing new ideas, making sure we have the tools we need to do our jobs, as well as make any changes that come up suddenly. The leadership is committed to seeing practitioners grow their clientele as well as their skill set. Growth, flexibility, availability, transparency, and heart have shown themselves to be values of this business. It's a great place to be.
