Pros
- somewhat flexible...you have to work between 8am-8pm - employee discount - other stylists are very friendly and helpful (the opportunity for communication though has greatly diminished)
Cons
I don't even know where to start...this company has gotten progressively worse to work for with each passing year. As the company continued to grow I knew that it would drastically change and now I feel stupid for sticking around. - inconsistent hours - fake development...I luckily never bought into this but I've seen employees strung along for over a year hoping to get promoted - micromanaging - never-ending tech issues that interrupt your workflow - management that has absolutely no clue what is going on (not their fault...in fact, I feel sorry for them because they are the ones taking all the negative feedback) - acting like they care about employees opinions by having surveys and discussions when in reality they never take what we say into consideration - company culture...toxic positivity runs rampant here - INVENTORY...I will never understand why it hasn't improved over 4 years - tech "improvements" limit our ability to actually style our clients
