Pros
-Decent-ish wage for warehouse associates -Good benefits
Cons
I worked here for 4 and a half years, and during that time, I learned one very important lesson: SF does not give a crap about you. When I first started, everything ran smoothly and efficiantly, and I never had to worry about job security because I did my duties well and thoroughly. But over time, SF sought out to become like Amazon in a lot of ways, and made the environment steadily worse. They will lie to your face about how valued you are as an employee, and the second you even attempt to stand up for yourself, even in a professional manner, they will start a paper trail to get you out the door. After over 4 years of employment with them, one supervisor in particular had a disagreement with me over something minor, and without any previous marks on my record, they threw me into a Level 3 Final Warning for insubordination. To say that their decision was overkill is an understatement. I fought tooth and nail for reconsideration, and because it was a supervisor's word against mine, they wouldn't budge. They wanted me out for whatever reason. So they found their reason, and fired me a week before Christmas over a water bottle. I could go on and on about the toxicity of the work environment they have created, and as disappointed and scared as I am to be unemployed over something so minor, I'm relieved.
