      Pros

      Some of the teams are under good leadership, but they essentially all came from MF Global.

      Cons

      -Very disorganized for a firm that big -Very bureacratic, I know it sounds conflicting with the above line, but that's the truth -Lack of recognition or respect for junior level staff -Stubborn leadership, unwilling to make necessary changes

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
