      Great experience to get into the FX Market and learn. Good to stay 1 - 2 years.

      Cons

      Very bad management. Bad salary. There is no room to grow.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
