      Formal training session are lower than required. StoneX is Finance Service company deals in various verticals. Hence, the formal training is required to understand the business that is diversified

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
