      It's kind of a cowboy shop. Reminded me of what you hear about the culture of banking in the old days. The experience of the actual work and day to day seemed great. It's a good place to start,

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
