      It’s great because there is work life balance, a good pay, good colleagues and cool projects.

      Cons

      Maybe the pay can be higher, and sometimes we can have more WFH days.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
