      Head office try their best but can fall short at times. Internal training course is ok. Like all pubs how good the job is depends on how good the GM is.

      Long days. Could be paid more.

      Pros

      Good if you need a lot of hours immediately as weekend shifts are long and staff is always needed. 25% off at other Stonegate pubs.

      Cons

      Long shifts, split shifts, sometimes will finish work at 4am and have to be there at 10am. Pay is not good enough for the labour you do. Dealing with rude and drunk customers and sometimes witnessing violence on club nights.
