Pros
- Working here is exciting, challenging and fast-paced. - The company is working towards the same goals and every employee seems to have a shared passion for pop-ups. - The co-founders/management are super friendly and approachable. They have a strong vision which they communicate well and they also try to foster a global but inclusive culture - can message anyone from any office at any time! - Hard work is recognised and rewarded - I managed to achieve quarterly bonuses beyond what I expected. - Overall it is a great company to be a part of, the work is exciting and the people are great.
Cons
- I was slightly overwhelmed with the pace from Day 1, got to be ready to hit the ground running. - Not a lot of people/brands are aware of Storefront but I’m looking forward to being a part of and seeing this change.
