Pros

- Working here is exciting, challenging and fast-paced. - The company is working towards the same goals and every employee seems to have a shared passion for pop-ups. - The co-founders/management are super friendly and approachable. They have a strong vision which they communicate well and they also try to foster a global but inclusive culture - can message anyone from any office at any time! - Hard work is recognised and rewarded - I managed to achieve quarterly bonuses beyond what I expected. - Overall it is a great company to be a part of, the work is exciting and the people are great.

Cons

- I was slightly overwhelmed with the pace from Day 1, got to be ready to hit the ground running. - Not a lot of people/brands are aware of Storefront but I’m looking forward to being a part of and seeing this change.

- Global Market Leader with track record of completing deals with the biggest and best landlords and brands. - Fast-paced sales focused environment - A “no-bullsh*t” culture. Everyone is very focused on creating value for the end customers. Nothing else matters. - The exec team are relentless and are long-term thinkers vs short-term corner cutters - Everyone in the company is very passionate about brands and retail. - The company's growth is accelerating

Cons

- More marketing needed to show the world how great this company is! (I hear a marketing wave is coming soon, however!)

Management are open and encourage new ideas to be brought to the table, great social aspects, fast-paced work environment and ideal for people wanting to learn more about business development. Colleagues had bags of enthusiasm and every day was different. If you like a challenge Storefront is the one.

Cons

No cons I really enjoyed my time there and was sad to go.
