Pros

They have high billings which is really only a pro for the CEOs and Directors that profit from the company hitting budget.

Cons

The New York office has one of the worst cultures in recruitment. I was told they had a bad name in the market and should have listened. They describe themselves as a "ruthless" team and that is exactly how they treat people that are not million dollar billers. The culture is abusive, disrespectful, demoralizing, and completely judging if you don't live and breath recruitment, and this is true from the Director down to all levels of leadership in sales and back office. The senior leadership team is all expats that make the office and work their lives and look down on you if you have a different view. I can't say this enough STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

Pros

The job was okay and team was average. High pressure and NOT much flexibility.

Cons

Flexibility is limited. They promote flexibility and wellbeing, but expect you to work crazy hours and if you don't it's frowned up. Arrive 2 minutes late to work and they hold it against you. Have seen this multiple times. Management is very judgmental. They lack diversity and don't think this is an important factor. They talk and talk, but do not walk the walk.
