The employees are friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable. There is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in machine learning and artificial intelligence with a SaaS-based company. The US office had a good feel and a great location.
Cons
The pay is below industry standards. WFH was frowned upon. Salaries can change without notice. Some decisions seemed political. The hours can be hard with low WLB, and the benefits are sub-par. There is often little communication and many fires to put out. No 401k when I was there.
