I wanted to share an update with those of you who are looking to join Stratajet, which is still the world’s only real-time booking platform for private jets. Stratajet had a turbulent 2017; sadly for what I was advised was the best of my company, I gave up my leadership position in March 2017. I came back in December of the same year when it was clear that the company would not progress as it was. Since then, I have been working tirelessly, along with my dedicated team to build a new future for Stratajet. I am glad to announce that I can now see this on the horizon. Due entirely to the resolve, loyalty and phenomenal ability of the people who work for me, we have managed to turn the company around more than anyone would have believed possible at the end of last year. This, I should point out, was purely down to the incredible team here who I am so proud to work with. If you’re looking for a place where your hard work and skill will be valued every day then this could be the right company for you. We have some exciting plans on the horizon to be announced in due course, so if you would like to be a part of our adventure please get in touch.

Certain team members are great people, and it's an exciting product and industry. The office space is nice too.

Where to start... No hopes of career progression, constant lies from senior members of the company, atrocious management styles, and that's just the beginning. There is a general condescending attitude from all managers, they hire smart employees but don't want their opinions. The salaries are poor for many roles, and overinflated for others. It's impossible to list everything that is wrong with working at Stratajet, which is a shame, because it had amazing potential at some point.
