I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stratajet (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an email with a week asking if I could do an initial phone interview with the talent manager. After this I was invited in to meet the head of the department for a first interview, then the head of department with another account manager for a second interview (one week after first). Final interview was with the CEO the same day as the second interview. I was offered the job an hour after leaving after the premises.

Tell us about an experience you've dealt with where a customers flight has not gone as planned? How did you resolve the issue?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stratajet in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online, got instantly a very kind email asking about my salary expectation. After a couple of weeks we set up a date and time to have a phone interview. My salary expectation was higher than what they could offer, so we agreed that I will get back to them on that day to let them know if I am willing to go lower on the payment or not (had to do again some research about London living costs, because I am not from the UK).
That afternoon I sent them an email with a few more questions, before making up my mind. They replied about a week later answering my questions and saying that if I reconsider my payment expectations, they would be happy to discuss further. I wrote them back that I would be happy to reconsider and that I am standing by for the next step of the interview.
Then no sign for about 2 weeks again. After a follow up email I got a message saying that "after reviewing my application, they regret to inform me that I have not been selected for further consideration".
I had a very good feeling about this company at the beginning, was really looking forward to a possible employment, I was even open to accept a lower salary offer just to have more chance to get hired there. Obviously it's never pleasant to get rejected by someone, but I can accept their decision to choose someone else. It happens to everyone. No biggie.
However, I believe that they shouldn't have written contradictory emails and get a persons hopes up.
Also, Brexit happened meanwhile, maybe that played a role in deciding to not continue the interview..maybe.

It was a pleasant conversation with the HR lady. Included some questions about myself and about my current job and my responsibilities there. Nothing too hard or too specific. Felt good afterwards, there was no pressure.
