2yThank you for noting the effort we put into caring for our employees. SA strives to provide a competitive compensation and benefits package while providing a supportive work environment that allows each employee to fulfill their career aspirations and find their ideal work-life balance. We traditionally implement salary adjustments companywide annually as that allows us to fully assess the performance and capabilities of an employee, but assessing compensation is an on-going activity that results in changes in compensation to occur throughout the year such as when an employee is promoted or an employee may have completed a degree or an employee attains new skills. We also provide spot awards throughout the year to reward employees for going above and beyond or achieving a milestone or success. We agree that we needed to improve how we develop employees for future management positions, and this is now a top priority for the company.
