We are doing below to improve communication with both employees and clients:
A. Employees:
1. Monthly meeting with entire company
2. Leadership meetings
3. Product Managers schedule daily standups with team members
4. PM is available to answer any queries during day.
5. CTO or HR are available in cases of escalation.
6. Team members are encouraged to directly communicate with client
Client:
1. Weekly meeting for 60-90 minutes
2. Monthly check-in with CTO or CEO
3. Daily standups or ad-hoc meetings
