      I have been working with the company since last month and I must say I am enjoying my work here. All the PM and QA are very supportive. 1.Supportive staff 2. Flexibility in work

      These people are cheating with their employees and don't give last month salary when employee left.

      Pros

      Work from home only even joining formalities also done online. I think they don't want employee see their poor office.

      Cons

      There is too long shift for employees, I didn't get any time for my personal life. They didn't do my Full and final also my last month salary was given Half. I asked for pay slip but they also don't provide the same and when I call them, they block my phone number. My reporting person stay in Canada and expect from me to work for India time as well as Canada Time zone. I work more than 14 hours per day even after that they said my performance was not good. Always pressure from supervisor, no one support and appreciate.

      Dear Subhomoy Saha, Hope you find a company to work with where: 1. You can claim that you are working hard despite your internet not working for weeks and never being stable. 2. You work for 14 hrs when your laptop doesn't work for weeks and it restarts 21 times in a day. 3. You make excuses when we try to closely monitor your work. 4. You don't ever remember which client a proposal is supposed to be sent to. Funny for a BDM role, right? 5. And, yes. Only a person like you would call someone 30 times in a row. Whoever blocked you did the right thing. Sorry, we can't allow anyone to get paid without delivering work. Hope you find your dream company that can live with your everyday excuses. We are very thankful for many of our coworkers who learn new things every single day and are proud of their ability to exceed client expectations. We wish you all the best.
