Pros
Great colleagues, mandatory gratuity on services, fairly easy to get extra shifts if you need to make extra money.
Cons
Estheticians and Sprayers are 100% accountable for client reviews on NPS scores even if customers satisfaction is tied to things completely out of their control such as broken tiles on tanning room floors or chipped paint in treatment rooms. Some clients are completely rude and disrespectful and staff are expected to grin and bear it. Leadership does not advocate for us they threaten our jobs regularly should we not meet NPS expectations even if client comments have nothing to do with the service provided whatsoever .
