It's every man for themselves. * the policies often don't comply and violate state laws. * There is no follow-through with what's promised from corporate * complete disorganization at the top of the chain plagued and negatively impacted performance of the field employees * lacked transparency and communication from leaders. * zero opportunities for growth. * benefits were cheap and continued to decline year over year, and employees had to pay maximum out of pocket for a decent medical insurance program
