Previous area manager held everything together before leaving due to toxic work environment. Amazing gratis.

Cons

UK upper management will run the business into the ground due to bad decision making in most areas, lack of respect and understanding. NAM extremely under-qualified for the role, with no people skills. Colleagues in a constant state of stress due to management being chaotic and inconsiderate of staff well-being. Poor work/life balance. Messaging on days off. Hours are longer than other brands. Under-staffed meaning larger workload. No commission.

- Trusted to do your work and ideas are always listened to, most of the time are executed - Quarterly gratis - Sunday is very approachable and hands on within the business (you get exposure to CEO which is unheard of in most companies) - Great exposure to retailers and partners - Collaborative teams - Kind and caring culture - Good career progression - Start up mentality (which I see as a plus) - Charitable business - Good business values

Cons

- Structure isn’t fully there yet so things can get messy - NPD is always last minute and leaves no time for proper planning - Onboarding process isn’t great - Major lack of internal communication from HR and business announcements
