      I didn't find anything professional.

      Cons

      Very very bad experience I have got as a new joinee, they don't know how to behave with the new Joiner's as well as old employees. They don't give any offer and appointment letter on time no joining kits, even the company laptop is not allowed to carry then how would we fill out the forms and submit during office hours. No one is there to guide. But everyone would be there to yelling at you.

      You have been given on-boarding session and precisely the reason why HR ask an employee to fill the forms in office for guiding the individual. Did you approach HR for help ?

      This has been a great company and the colleagues and management are very supportive. Specially Indrajeet and Renjith. I have been working here and it is a great company to work with.
