Our advise to you will be to improve your technical competence as recommended in PIP and to work on your attitude that everyone else is responsible for your failure at work. Thanks for writing your review, It is rather surprising the points that you have quoted. Sunovaa has the lowest attrition rate of 12% which is much lower than industry standards of 18%. 1. Sunovaa is a Data Sciences ITProducts, Solutions & Services company. We do Projects and not being a staffing company we do not do conversions, Therefore, Sunovaa does not allow it and cannot be changed just because you wish to work directly with the client. 2. We have given decent Increments to our employees whereas this year major MNC's have not done increments at all. It is rather sad that you are using social media for wrong reasons, a fruitful exchange fo thoughts are welcome, but mudslinging is not.
