Pros
There are really good team mates to suffer with you and laugh about it.
Cons
There is no incentive for even doing the bare minimum. There is no annual increase, there is no bonus – and while these things shouldn’t be worth mentioning, they are mentioned because for the second year in a row they are stringing us along making false promises and then ripping the rug out from under our feet. So now the cost of living is through the roof and we don’t even get a pay adjustment – I’m sure you can tell how well we’re all doing.
