      -beautiful view -clinical director is good -strong onsite clinical team

      Cons

      -understaffed -high turn over -low pay -they burnout employees -shady business practices -poor clinical supervision -you are expected to be on call all the time -high up management only cares about immediate money, not longevity of the programs or wellbeing of clients or staff

      Upper management does not care for their staff; they have thrown people under the bus and do not care for the people seeking help. It’s all about the money.
