extremely low wages, no benefits, no EAP, no opportunity for advancement or further training, can go several years between pay rises. management & sales team have no grasp on the basics of the product or the production process. In 4 1/2 years, the only performance review they bothered to do was after my first 3 months. They say they discuss this with you in emails to cover themselves legally but do not actually discuss with you. sometimes will not pay on time.
