      > Massive Learning Experience > Colleagues are very friendly and helpful > It feels like a trap for me

      Cons

      > HR doesn`t know how to manage a Company. > This has the worst Company policies > Night shifts are ridiculous and not able to work due to Mosquitoes. > Total management Failure > 2 years of bond and if you leave before that, you are a fresher again.

      Pros

      I worked as Team Manager for few months back in 2016 and had change to work with wonderful team during that short period. Everyone in the team shows eagerness to learn new technologies and keep them pushing . What ever the customer's problem is, they will find solution for it This is the best place to build once's career & sky is the only limit.

      Cons

      Infrastructure was factor, Now they have changed and moved to nicer setup.
