Pros

Some good colleagues and senior staffs they support you. Can learn few things.

Cons

Not employee friendly - they will forget all the hardwork you have done and just support people who are in their favour. Bad working environment - Too much politics, if you ask a question against they will have personal grudge on you. The operations are not worthy of being there are just bringing the company backwards / to downhill. No vision HR policies are worst - you will hear new policies every day. Heard it's even worse now. Leaves are hard to get, no emergency leaves. They don't know how to manage the company and treat the employees. Illegal bond with 2 years which is a trap. Bad infrastructure.

Hello,A more specific review would have been helpful! Please explain, what do you mean by 2 year illegal bond ? We don't have bonded labour and is illegal, but yes, we have employee agreement which says if you don't stick on with us for 2 years after we give intensive and keeps on giving training to you as a fresher, you will have to pay Rs. 70000 (or Rs. 90000) depending on when you plan to leave. Also there is 2 months notice period which you have to serve while resigning, failing which you will have to pay 2 months salary back to the company. This is a contract which you have agreed. We hire individuals who are 18+ years of age and when they sign the employee agreement, they sign with their full conscience. If you believed it was illegal, why did you sign the contract at first place or attended the training with fully paid salary even during the training ? We also give 1 week (or sometimes 2 weeks) of training for free and only after the first phase of training period, we ask you to sign the agreement. And also please explain the below average infrastructure. I am sure you have seen the infrastructure when you joined and now have got two offices as of now.

Cons
