Pros

The target performance and son of bonus that is offered as a false statement.

Cons

The company pays an extremely low hourly rate but states that you can earn 1500 per month target performance incentive bonus which is a false statement. The target is not obtainable to earn $1500 per month. $300 - $500 is the most that can be earned based on the target with $300 being the normal amount earned. The bonuses are almost always if not always paid incorrectly. You will need to keep track of everything yourself and every month you will have to go to them to have your bonus corrected

Pros

I worked with Sutherland for five years, and one of the main benefits was the ability to work from home. During my first campaign, the manager and certain account managers were great to work with—they listened, showed genuine concern for employees, and were supportive. Even when the company experienced cutbacks due to losing contracts, they often made an effort to transfer employees to other programs so they could remain employed.

Cons

Some individuals within the company can be difficult to work with at times. The pay is lower than expected for the workload, and raises during work anniversaries are often minimal or difficult to obtain. In some cases, increases may only be a few cents. Job security can also be uncertain due to contract changes, and positions are not always guaranteed long-term. Additionally, concerns raised by employees are not always addressed as effectively as they could be. Overall, I would consider working with the company again if needed, but I would view it more as a temporary job rather than a long-term career opportunity—it provides a paycheck, but may not offer strong growth or stability.
